Do you have a retail location?

No, we do not operate out of a retail location, nor do we sell our products in a brick-and-mortar store.

What do you sell besides video games?

We also sell a variety of computer and home entertainment cables, video game repair parts, and toys related to video games. Our services include video games console repair, computer repair, web development services, and government contracting services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club), and Google Checkout. We have considered adding an e-Check system, but are still analyzing whether or not demand warrants that kind of payment gateway. For contracting services, we accept purchase orders and checks, as well as credit/debit cards.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to US, Canadian, and APO/FPO addresses.

How do you give condition ratings to your products?

New - Item is unsealed and new. Like New - Item has had external packaging removed, but looks and works like new.
Excellent - Very minor appearance of wear on the item with all accessories/artwork/etc included with the item
Very Good - Some signs of wear, may be missing an instruction manual or other original packaging; may have a specific description of the item condition
Good - Visible wear on them item, generally with a specific description of the item condition. . Missing some of the original packaging or other materials.
Fair - Item has visible flaws, but works perfectly. May not include original artwork or accessories; specific description of item issues are noted.


What if my game doesn't work?

Contact Us. Though we do test our games and systems before shipping, it is possible that your system may not handle a cartridge as well as ours do. Most cartridge based games have been around for at least 15 years, and in some cases over 25 years. They get dirty and need to be cleaned and maintained. Disc based games can oftern be cleaned with a soft cloth by rubbing the bottom of the disk from the inside to the outside of the disk.

If you haven't been able to get your game to work, you can return it to us for a refund provided it is covered by our warranty policy.
