Product Warranty
Our goal is to provide customers with the highest level of service possible, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online shopping experience. All products carry a 30-day warranty beginning from the date your product is delivered. This warranty does not cover products returned for the following reasons: damage beyond normal wear of the product, as determined by Replayed Video Games; products requesting to be returned based their condition being materially different than described on the web site (see below).

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained from customer service department and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number at which time the Return Authorization Number expires. Return Authorization Numbers may not be renewed. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item is not found to be materially defective as described by the customer, we reserve the right to assess a 40% re-stocking fee on the item, or can ship it back out to you at your expense (shipping plus handling charges will apply).

ReplayedVideoGames.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RAN to the customer at the customer's expense for shipping and handling.

Non Availability of Items

At Replayed Video Games, we attempt to keep a real-time status of our inventory avaiable on our retail web site through automatic inventory reductions on purchase of an item. In some rare cases, an item may be listed as in-stock when it is not available. When this occurs, we may, at our discretion, attempt to have this product shipped to you directly from one of our suppliers, or we may promptly refund your purchase price for that item. Please note that we cannot cancel a multiple-item order if one item is not available after the order has already been shipped.

Item Condition Ratings

Used items carry condition ratings including Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Fair. While we strive to be as accurate and fair as possible within this rating system, condition ratings can be subjective to the person evaluating the item. Any return request made based upon an item's condition being materially different than what is described on our web site must be made within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered to you by the shipping service we have used for your order. Returns for items based on condition made after this 5-day window will not be accepted.

Returns

All new returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will incur a refund reduction. This deduction is final.

Used items carry the same 30-day guarantee, except as noted above, but may not be returned unless they are defective through no fault of the customer.

Our 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders.

Video Games, DVDs, and Other Software

New computer software, video games, video gaming systems, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Used items are not returnable unless they are defective due to no fault of the customer.

Reconditioned Items

Reconditioned / refurbished products carry the same 30 day satisfaction guarantee. These products may been previously sold and returned, reconditioned by an Authorized Service Dealer and repackaged for selling purposes. ReplayedVideoGames.com cannot guarantee that these products come with all the original accessories and software.

ReplayedVideoGames.com Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of the original ship date by submtting a support ticket on our Customer Service page. Please provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization Number: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included. For your protection, we suggest using a "traceable" ground shipping method.

Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RAN. Print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender.

Credits

Credit will be issued after we receive, inspect, and process your return. Your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Replacement Merchandise.
